Performance Marketing

Campaigns measured on pipeline and revenue, not impressions. We run the whole funnel, from the first click to the deal your sales team closes, and we move budget on what the CRM says.

Conversion tracking and analytics reporting

What it is, and why it matters

Performance marketing is not a channel. It is the decision about where the next dirham goes, made from evidence instead of habit. Search, paid social, display and video all sit under one budget, and the split changes month to month because the data changes.

Most accounts we inherit cannot support that decision. The pixel fires on a thank you page, every form counts the same whether it turned into revenue or not, and the calls and WhatsApp messages that make up most UAE enquiries are invisible. So we rebuild measurement before we touch a bid.

Once the CRM stage is wired back into the ad platforms, the algorithms optimise toward customers rather than form fills. That is the whole job. Everything else on this page is how we get there and what you see along the way.

Who this is for

A good fit if

  • You are spending across two or more channels and cannot say which one pays
  • Someone in the business answers a new lead within the hour
  • You can tell us what an average closed deal is worth
  • You want budget moved on evidence, even when it means cutting a channel you like

Probably not if

  • You need positioning, identity or a launch campaign first
  • Cost per lead is the only number you are judged on, whatever the lead turns out to be worth
  • Enquiries sit in a shared inbox until Monday
  • You want one channel managed and nothing else, in which case Google Ads or Meta Ads on their own will serve you better

How it fits together

Every channel writes into one tracking layer, and the CRM writes back. Bidding learns from revenue instead of from form fills.

Your first 90 days

  1. Week 1

    Measurement comes first

We audit what is currently counted as a conversion, throw out the ones that are not worth money, and rebuild the rest. Calls, WhatsApp taps and form fills all get their own event, and every one carries a source.

  2. Weeks 2 to 4

    Baseline, then rebuild

You get one honest number per channel before we change anything, so nothing that follows can be argued with. Then account structure is rebuilt around how you actually make money, not around how the platform suggests grouping keywords.

  3. Weeks 5 to 8

    Budget starts moving

The first reallocation happens once qualified leads, not raw leads, have enough volume to compare. Expect at least one channel to lose budget in this window. We will show you the working before it happens.

  4. Weeks 9 to 12

    Scale what pays

Winning campaigns get more budget and more creative, losing ones get cut rather than nursed. From here the cycle repeats monthly and the reporting stays the same, so you can compare any month against any other.

What you actually receive

The monthly report is two pages, not twenty. Page one answers what we spent, what came back and what changes next month. Page two is the working, for anyone who wants to check it.

It is written against your CRM stages, so the numbers match what your sales team already sees. No platform screenshots, no metrics that cannot be tied to money.

Performance marketing report and landing page review
  1. Spend and qualified leads by channel, against last month and the same month last year
  2. Cost per qualified lead, with the raw lead number beside it so the gap is visible
  3. What we changed since the last report, and what it did
  4. The single recommendation for next month, with the budget it needs

Metrics we move

  • Cost per qualified lead

Set from your own baseline in week two

Counted at the CRM qualified stage, never at the form

  • Qualified rate

The first number we try to move

Qualified leads divided by total enquiries, by channel

  • Return on ad spend

    Reported blended and by channel

Won revenue imported from your CRM, not platform estimates

  • Speed to first contact

Under 60 minutes is the target

Timestamp on the lead against first outbound activity

Where this usually goes wrong

  • The usual mistake: Judging channels on cost per lead when a search lead and a social lead are worth different amounts.

What we do instead: Price each channel on what its leads are worth at the qualified stage, then compare.

  • The usual mistake: Counting every form fill as a conversion, including the ones sales marks as junk within a minute.

What we do instead: Feed the junk verdict back to the platform so it stops finding more of the same people.

  • The usual mistake: Running calls and WhatsApp as untracked channels because they are hard to wire up.

What we do instead: Track them properly. In the UAE they are usually where the good enquiries actually arrive.

  • The usual mistake: Changing bids, budgets, audiences and creative in the same week, then arguing about what worked.

What we do instead: One deliberate change at a time, with enough conversion volume behind it to read the result.

Questions we get asked

How do we get started?

Book a free consultation. We look at where things stand today, agree what to fix first, and send a written scope before any work begins.

How is the cost decided?

Every engagement is scoped to your goals, the size of the work and your timeline. You get a written proposal after the consultation, so the cost is clear before anything starts.

How will we know it is working?

We agree the measures at the start, then report against them in plain language, with the numbers shown so you can check them yourself.

Who will we work with?

A named lead who knows your account, backed by the specialists the work needs. You always know who to message.

Do you work in Arabic as well as English?

Yes. Content, campaigns and reporting can run in Arabic, in English, or in both, depending on who your customers are.

Can you work alongside our own team?

Yes. We can take on the whole service or fill the gaps around your in house team, and hand over cleanly if that ever changes.

What do you need from us?

Access to the accounts involved, one person who can approve work, and an honest picture of what has been tried before.
