Meta Ads Management

Facebook and Instagram campaigns where the creative keeps working. We ship new concepts every week, feed Meta clean signal through the Conversions API, and report lead quality from your CRM rather than from the platform.

Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns

What it is, and why it matters

Meta buying has changed. Broad targeting and automated placements now beat hand built audience stacks in most accounts, which moves the work somewhere less comfortable: the creative. If you ship three ads a quarter, there is nothing left to optimise once they tire.

The second half of the job is signal. Browser pixels miss a large share of events, so we run the Conversions API server side and push your CRM outcome back into Meta. Without that, the algorithm optimises toward whoever fills a form quickest, and lead forms attract exactly that person.

So the service is a production line and a measurement line running side by side. Concepts are briefed from what the data says fatigued, tested at low spend, scaled when they earn it, and retired on frequency before performance falls off.

Who this is for

A good fit if

  • Your offer can be explained in a short video or a strong still
  • You can approve creative in days, not weeks
  • You sell to consumers, or to businesses where the decision maker scrolls like one
  • You want to know which leads turned into money, and will share that back

Probably not if

  • Nobody can appear on camera and there is no product to photograph
  • Every ad needs legal review before it runs
  • You need demand that already exists captured today, which is a search job first
  • Your sales team cannot follow up leads within the hour, since Meta leads go cold fastest

How it fits together

Creative is replaced before it fatigues, not afterBrief from lastmonth's dataProduce 8 to 12variantsTest at lowspendScale thewinnersRetire onfrequencyOne signal set: pixel, Conversions API and CRM outcome uploadTesting and scaling both read from it, so a cheap lead that never buys stops being rewarded
Creative volume is the lever on Meta. The signal set decides what the cycle calls a winner, which is why we rebuild it before producing anything.

Your first 90 days

  1. Week 1

    Signal before spend

Business Manager, pixel and dataset get audited. The Conversions API goes in, events are deduplicated, and we check that what Meta reports lines up with what your CRM received on the same day.

  2. Weeks 2 to 3

    First creative wave

We strip the account back to a structure with enough volume per ad set to learn, then launch the first wave of concepts. Each one tests a single idea, so a result tells you something you can use again.

  3. Weeks 4 to 8

Find the angle, not the ad

Winners are read at the concept level rather than the individual ad. When an angle works we rebuild it in three formats and let the best cut carry the spend, which is what stops a single fatigued video from taking the account down with it.

  4. Weeks 9 to 12

    Quality outranks volume

By now CRM outcomes are flowing back, so optimisation targets the leads that closed. Cost per lead usually rises here and cost per customer falls. We will show both numbers side by side so the change is visible.

What you actually receive

Every month you get a creative report alongside the media report. It ranks concepts, not ad names, and says plainly which idea is carrying the account and which is finished.

Retired concepts are logged with why they stopped working, so the same idea does not quietly come back in six months.

meta ads
  1. Concepts ranked by cost per qualified lead, with spend and frequency beside each
  2. Hook rate and hold rate on every video, so weak openings are obvious
  3. What is being produced next, and the idea each piece is testing
  4. Anything retired this month, and the reason it was retired

Metrics we move

  • Cost per qualified lead

Expect it above your raw cost per lead

CRM qualified stage, matched back to the ad that produced it

  • Hook rate

The earliest signal a concept is working

Three second video plays as a share of impressions

  • Frequency

Watched weekly, acted on before it climbs

Per audience over a rolling seven days

  • Share of spend on new audiences

    Kept deliberate rather than drifting

    Prospecting spend against retargeting spend

Where this usually goes wrong

  • The usual mistake: Running instant lead forms with three easy fields because they produce the cheapest leads.

What we do instead: Add a qualifying question and accept a higher cost per lead. The sales team gets its hours back.

  • The usual mistake: Boosting the post that did well organically and calling it a campaign.

What we do instead: Organic reach and paid performance reward different things. Build the ad for the job it has to do.

  • The usual mistake: Cutting an ad after two days because the cost per lead looks bad on day one.

What we do instead: Give it the conversions it needs to exit learning, or do not launch it at all.

  • The usual mistake: One creative running for months while bids and audiences get adjusted around it.

What we do instead: Fix the supply of creative. On Meta it is the lever that actually moves.

Questions we get asked

How do we get started?

Book a free consultation. We look at where things stand today, agree what to fix first, and send a written scope before any work begins.

How is the cost decided?

Every engagement is scoped to your goals, the size of the work and your timeline. You get a written proposal after the consultation, so the cost is clear before anything starts.

How will we know it is working?

We agree the measures at the start, then report against them in plain language, with the numbers shown so you can check them yourself.

Who will we work with?

A named lead who knows your account, backed by the specialists the work needs. You always know who to message.

Do you work in Arabic as well as English?

Yes. Content, campaigns and reporting can run in Arabic, in English, or in both, depending on who your customers are.

Can you work alongside our own team?

Yes. We can take on the whole service or fill the gaps around your in house team, and hand over cleanly if that ever changes.

What do you need from us?

Access to the accounts involved, one person who can approve work, and an honest picture of what has been tried before.
